Enquiry
Completely user configurable database - include the fields that are
  relevant to your business.
Can be shown as an Enquiry or as a Quote.
Record of all correspondence raised against the Enquiry.
Reference number automatically given to each enquiry.
Status of Enquiry can be set to Active, Suspended or Dead.
Include spreadsheet with the enquiry for initial costing estimates.
Each time an enquiry is accessed, User Notes can be stored and
   ‘Next Contact Date’ updated.
Link Enquiry to a Contact - useful to read all notes that apply to the
  company.

Enquiry Chart
View all enquiries and who they are assigned to.
Each user will have an Enquiry Chart.
Keep track of all enquiries.
Chase an enquiry, update notes and input a new contact date.
Enquiry Chart shows name, contact name, next contact date and number
  of days until it is scheduled to be chased.

Date due to be chased is coloured green and will turn red if not
  chased/updated.

Contact Database
Show Contact as a Customer, Enquiry or Supplier.
Assign keywords to assist in mail shots eg a catering
 
company could have a keyword of ‘catering’.
View all Contact and Mailshot notes for each contact.
Read Active Enquiry notes if linked to an Enquiry.
Add a reminder note/date to a contact that will appear on
  Summary Screen on due date.
Transfer enquiry to the main all Hire database at the press of a button.

Mailshots
Create a list of contacts for: Mailshots/Xmas cards etc.
Select from existing contacts.
Import lists from Microsoft® Excel files.
View and update Mail Shot Chase Lists.

Hospitality Organiser
Setup a hospitality event.
Send and record all invitations using your existing database /
  mailing list(s)
Keep track of replies and expected attendees.
Produce lists of invitees.
Register those who actually attend on the day.
